Our GO6PACK training car allows you to train at the comfort of your home, office, and outdoor location in the all Los Angeles Area.

Train on our prime location at El Centro gym, located in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California.

  • The training sessions are one hour in duration.
  • They can be purchased individually, with a one-time payment, and as weekly or monthly packages with more affordable prices, for loyal clients.

​FOR THE SESSIONS

  • Beginner - two times a week 
  • Intermediate - three times a week 
  • Advanced - four or five times a week ​
However, one time a week is better than nothing, two times a week are better than once, and so on.​

  • ​Mondays  to Fridays, 6 am to 10 pm
  • Saturdays, 7 am to 5 pm
  • Sundays, closed
  • Other hours are offered by request (special price may apply).

FUNCTIONAL ​TRAINING

Functional training helps you to perform better and reduce the chances of injuries. It works the body's core muscles by allowing the body to move in its natural motion, whether training for a specific sport, rehabilitate an injury, or training to improve activities in daily life.​

BODY ​RESISTABILITY

Body resistibility when the bodyweight involves using many muscles in dynamic and coordinated movements, rather than isolate specific joins as in conventional exercises. 

Stability exercises work the body's core muscles.

Getting the right Fitness Program.

1. Weight Loss Control without Starvation Diet -  While no one can go back and make a new beginning,  anyone can start now and make a new end. This program not only focuses on weight loss and fat burning but mainly on the maintenance of lean mass to ensure a fast metabolism to avoid weight cycling in the future. 4. The Gym Body with 6 Pack Abs -  STOP wishing for it,  START working for it. This program is designed for men who wish to have the gym body: a body ripped, with wide shoulders, big chests, big arms, strong legs, and 6 pack abs. The program is a combination of proper diet and exercises to burn fat and increase lean body mass. The best techniques are used to maximize results in the shortest time to avoid reaching a plateau.

6.  Fit For Life - Life isn't about finding yourself.  Life is about creating yourself.   This program specifically addresses the needs of 45 and older. Many of the declines in fitness with age are due to lack of use, not just the normal aging process. 

A lot of the declines that we attribute to aging may be reversed with fitness training.  The program incorporates:
  • Strength training to reverse the muscle loss that starts around age 40;
  • Specific exercises and training tools to improve balance and core strength;
  • Cardio exercises to decrease the risk of developing chronic conditions and manage weight.
