We decided to offer this service after observing here in America when you join a gym unless you hire a trainer, nobody is on the gym floor to give you any guidance on how to work out properly, maximize your results, and avoid injuries.

The Fitness Coaching Service, despite being held at the gym, it is not a personal training session.
An initial assessment is made to identify the knowledge level, and then we teach you how to exercise properly according your personal fitness goals.
To easily understand, I explain figuratively: We are not giving you a recipe to make a chocolate cake; We are teaching you how to make any cake.
You are not going to leave with a checklist, or piece of paper, showing you what to do; You are going to learn how you do.
The fitness coaching service is for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels. However, it is tailored according to your specific knowledge and interest.
Based on our experience with other clients, normally are required at least 4 hours of Fitness Coaching Services.
After the Fitness Coaching Services, you will be able to know:
