​​Don't allow a limited budget, and/or at least one of the situations listed below paralyze you any longer from where you want to be:
  • ​You just do not know how to start, what to do and how to do it.
  • You don't know how to use the gym equipment.
  • You are not sure which part of your body is worked on each piece of equipment.
  • You don't know what part of your body you need to work out first. 
  • You know how to work out but are bored with your routines and exercises.
  • You have been working out, but the results are below your expectations.
  • You have been working out for a long time and have reached a plateau.
  • You will start it after losing some weight.
​We decided to offer this service after observing the gyms here in America. When you go to the gym, nobody guides you on how to exercise properly to avoid injuries. We regularly see  the following:
  • Members totally lost. They don't have any idea what they should do, or even worse, they think they know what they are doing, but they are doing wrong.
  • Members using the wrong equipment for the body part they would like to work out.
  • Members lifting too heavy and the wrong way. 
  • Members who believe they are working out right and instructing wrong their friends. 
  • ​Members copying the bad workout practices of other members.
  • Members are distracted with their cell phones, not realizing their lack of concentration affects their forms and could lead to unnecessary injuries.
People are different in so many aspects:
  • Genetics metabolic rate, age, body type, lifestyle, health, motivation, etc. 
  • What works for one person may not work for another.
  • What brings the best results for one person may not bring for another. 
  • What is safe for one person may be dangerous for another.

THE FITNESS COACHING PROGRAM

​The Fitness Coaching, program despite being held at the gym, it is not a personal training session. It is an affordable training program to teach you how to exercise by yourself.
n initial assessment is made to identify the knowledge level, and then we teach you how to exercise properly according your personal fitness goals.

To easily understand, I explain figuratively: We are not giving you a recipe to make a chocolate cake; We are teaching you how to make any cake.

You are not going to leave with a checklist, or piece of paper, showing you what to do; You are going to learn how you do. 

​The Fitness Coaching service is a training program, tailored according to your specific knowledge and interest. It is for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.

​Based on our experience with other clients, normally are required at least 4 hours of Fitness Coaching Services. ​
After the Fitness Coaching, you will be able to know:
  • How to start and what to do when you arrive at the gym (Beginner level).
  • How to properly adjust the equipment and do the exercises - Beginner and Intermediate levels.
  • How to diversify your workout routines - Intermediate and Advanced levels.
  • Different techniques and approaches to achieve better results - Advanced level.
  • How to eat in a better way without crazy diet - Beginner and Intermediate levels. 
  • How to set realistic fitness goals - Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels.
  • How to measure your results - Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels.
  • What to do when you do not reach your goals - Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels.​

 MAINTANANCE

The Fitness Coaching is also offered as a maintenance  for those who already concluded at least 4 hours course.

Some examples:
• To get answers to questions that came up later during the workouts
• A beginner who wants to improve knowledge and become an Intermediate.
• An intermediate who wants to diversify training techniques.
• An advanced who wants to get a second opinion, to validate the strategies used to maximize the results.

SEMINARS

The Fitness coaching is also offered in a format of seminars, normally sponsored by companies, schools, and communities to raise awareness about the importance of physical activity.

PRICE

​• The price is for one person. It is by the hour or in packages of up to 4 hours. A package with more hours offers a lower cost per hour.  
• The price for two or more people and the customized seminars are offered by the proposal.
