 Over the years, we have witnessed many people struggle with gimmicky approaches and spending hours at the gym doing pointless exercises that are not only dangerous, but completely unproductive for their situations and experience levels. 

In contrast, we are specialized in developing and providing safe, healthy, and highly effective fitness programs for both men and women.

All  our fitness programs consist of a combination of cardiovascular, resistance training exercise, as well as abdominal & core stability workout and flexibility as total body improvements.

Functional training works the body core muscles by allowing the body to move in its natural motion, whether training for a specific sport, rehabilitate an injury, or training to improve activities daily life.

Body resistibility when the body weight involves using many muscles in dynamic and coordinated movements, rather than isolate specific joins as in conventional exercises.

  • Monthly packages with more sessions offer lower cost per session.
  • The training  sessions are also offered  for two with more affordable prices.
  • After your training sessions, treadmill,  elliptical, stairmaster and, bike are available with no additional fees.

  • For North Hollywood location additional $30  gym fee per session is required ($15 each person)          (LAST UPDATE - AUGUST 2019)

SUGGESTION OF SESSIONS FREQUENCY
  • Beginner - two  times a week;
  • Intermediate - three times a week;  
  • Advanced - four or five times a week.

However, one time a week is better than nothing, two times a week are better than once, and so on.
