It means a lot. Body strength is important in all decades of our life and allows us to perform everyday activities. The stronger we are, the less chance we have of being injured.

How has your workout routine changed over the years?
There is a big difference between how we work out in your twenties and how we work out when we are older. The most important is to learn how to listen to our bodies and make the changes in our workout routines when necessary, specially if we want to remain fit, and proud of our bodies, through the decades.
What is your favorite part of your body?
Everybody talks about my shoulders and abs; I, however, really like my calves.
What would you say those who give up on keeping a great body after twenty or thirty?
I would say, "shame on them," It is really sad.
What do you think is the most amazing thing about the human body?
I think one amazing thing is the way the human body reacts to our emotions. I like to say that our body express ourselves better than our words, and the body signs are certainly more trustworthy.
