The Fitness Coaching Service, despite being held at the gym, it is not a personal training session. An Initial assessment is made to identify your knowledge level, and then we are going to show you, how to exercise properly according your personal fitness goals. For easy understanding, we explain in a figurative way: "We are not going to give you a recipe how to make a chocolate cake; We are going to teach you how to make any cake". |
You are not leaving with a checklist, or piece of paper, showing you what to do; you are going to learn what to do.
The fitness coaching services is for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels; however it is tailored according your specific knowledge and interest. Based on our experience with other clients, normally are required 4 hours of FItness Coaching Services. After the Fitness Coaching Services you will be able to know:
