FITNESS COACHING SERVICE
LIMITED BUDGET, NO MORE EXCUSES


So do not let a limited budget, and/or not enough motivation along with at least one of the situations listed below paralyze you any longer from where you want to be:
  • You just not know how to start, what to do and how to do it.
  • You do not know how to properly use the gym equipment.
  • You are not sure which part of your body is worked on each equipment.
  • You don't know what part of your body you need to work out first. 
  • You know how to work out, but are bored with your routines and exercises.
  • You have been working out, however the results are below your expectations.
  • You have been working out for a long time and have reached a plateau.
  • You will start after lose some weight.
This Program is perfect for beginners as well as those who have been training for several years.

We decided to offer this service after observing that here in America when you join a gym, there is nobody on the gym floor to give you any guidance on how to work out properly to (unless hire a trainer)  avoid injury and maximize the benefits. 

We regularly see  the following:
  • Members totally lost, they don't have any idea what to do, or even worse, they think they know, but they are doing totally wrong.
  • Members using the wrong equipment, for the body part they want to work.
  • Members lifting too heavy and the wrong way.
  • Members who believe they are doing it right and instructing their friends. 
  • Members who copying the bad work out practices of other members
  • Members preoccupied with their cell phones, Ipods…  not  realizing their lack of concentration affects their forms and could lead to unnecessary injuries.

People are different in so many aspects:
  • Genetics metabolic rate, age, body type, lifestyle, health, motivation etc. 
  • What works for one person may not work for another.
  • What brings the best results for one person may not bring for another. 
  • What is safe for one person may be dangerous for another.

The Fitness Coaching Service, despite being held at the gym, it is not a personal training session. An Initial assessment is made to identify your knowledge level, and then we  are going to show you, how to exercise properly according your personal fitness goals. 

For easy understanding, we explain in a figurative way: "We are not going to give you a recipe how to make a chocolate cake; We are going to teach you how to make any cake". 
You are not leaving with a checklist, or piece of paper, showing you what to do; you are going to learn what to do.  


The fitness coaching services is for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels; however it is tailored according your specific knowledge and interest. 

Based on our experience with other clients, normally are required 4 hours of FItness Coaching Services. 


After the Fitness Coaching Services you will be able to know:
  • How to start and what to do when you arrive at the gym. (Beginner)
  • How to properly adjust the equipments and do the exercises. (Beginner and Intermediate)
  • How to diversify your workout routines. (Intermediate and Advanced)
  • Different techniques and approaches to achieve better results. (Advanced)
  • How to eat in a better way without crazy diets. (Beginner and Intermediate)  
  • How to set realistic goals, how to measure the results and what to do when you not reach your goals (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced )
After you conclude the  initial 4 hours of Fitness Coaching Services, the fitness coaching is also offered as a maintenance service, as an example a hour monthly, to address new questions you may have, to keep fresh your knowledge, and to help you “to walk in the right direction”.

HIGH-LIGHTS 

  • Fitness Coaching Services are offered for 1 person, or for a group of people  with more affordable prices (prices are offered by proposal).
  • It can be purchased per hour or packages up to 4 hours.
  • Packages with more hours offer lower cost per hour.
