BODY FAT EVALUATION SERVICE  


WHAT IS BODY FAT?

Body fat is stored energy. When a man measures higher than 25% body fat and a woman measures over 32%, they are considered obese.  

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO MONITOR? 

The higher the amount of body fat the higher the risk of serious illness such as heart disease, stroke and diabetes. 

Another good reason to monitor your body fat is, if you are an athlete or a person that workout regularly, and you want to know with more accuracy your training performance.

HAVE YOU BEEN WORKING OUT, BUT DON'T KNOW HOW TO TRACK YOUR PROGRESS?  

The scale  just shows, if you are heavier or lighter; it doesn't show, if you are losing or gaining fat, versus losing or gaining lean mass. 

Only using the fat caliper and doing the measurements in each part of your body to identify what is going on; this way, you can make changes in your workout to get the best results.
